Haulage ready for Christmas calendar
Event transport across the country is preparing for one of its busiest periods in the calendar, with Christmas events due to get under way at the beginning of next month.
Christmas markets, festivals and Christmas-themed funfairs are planned right across the country, from Sussex and Hampshire to London, Birmingham and Glasgow.
There'll be no end to the merriment and revelry, with Brighton alone set to have a Christmas ice rink, a gay men's Christmas chorus, a Christmas ball and a Christmas concert.
Like most cities, Southampton, Portsmouth and Chichester are set to have Christmas markets and Christmas parades, while, as ever, the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland in London is set to pull in families from around the country as well as "white Christmas tourists" from around the globe.
Those who think that the summer has only just ended and that Christmas is an age away, think again – event transport has only until November 18 to ensure all the rides and activities are in place at Hyde Park, while the 600,000 Christmas lights on London's Oxford Street have already been turned on.
