Band transport in Europe news - Forecast for a musical summer
With the summer music festival season soon to get underway, the demand for band transport in Europe is set to reach its high point for 2011.
As always, the flagship music festival will be at Glastonbury, but there will also be dozens of other large-scale events in European countries as diverse as Belgium, Germany, Italy, Hungary and Ireland. Furthermore, there will also be other huge concerts in the UK, such as those in Leeds and at the Isle of Wight.
However, the demand for band transport in Europe will not only be felt at these five-star events. With a host of smaller scale, though no less enjoyable, concerts also scheduled to take place across Europe and the UK this summer, there is no doubt that it's going to be a busy and rewarding time for the music haulage industry.
For example, in Sussex alone this summer, there will be the Chichester Real Ale and Jazz Festival, Shakedown in Brighton and Meadowlands in Glynde, East Sussex.
One thing's for sure, it's certainly going to be an intensive few months for band transport in Europe.
